We love the chocolate truffle bar and buy the 500 mg bar. YES! our sleep has MUCH improved.
Since our goals are to sleep better, I cut the bar when it arrives to control the dosage better. I buy 2 bars for my husband and I each month. We started slowly with 1/4 square and moved up to 1/2 square. This is plenty for us and each bar lasts a month+ this way. We highly recommend this brand, but if you live in the south as we do and it is summer, expedite the shipping.

Easy does it

Loved the taste. If you are new to Delta-8 edibles (as I was), you should definitely start small and give it at least an hour to feel the effects. Add more if tolerated. I made the mistake of starting with a full square and my head was swimming the whole day. It's strong and lasts a long time, which is a good thing...in moderation.

This is my daily “medication.” I take 25mg (1/2 of a 50 mg square) every morning! Lasts for 6ish hrs (every person will very, based on metabolism and dosing). Great price point. Great ingredients! It absolutely melts in your mouth. No herby taste. Hard to only eat one!
