Sweet slumber

I cut one carmel into 4-5 pieces and eat a portion each night before bed. I sleep wonderfully and awake feeling so refreshed. Miracle of youth kind of sleep quality, but I am almost 60 years old. This stuff is terrific.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING when used as a sleep aid. One carmel lasts me 4 to 6 days. I can sleep through hot flashes and my husband's snoring. Works better than any medicine or hormone therapy for menopausal sleep disturbances. Ladies, this stuff is a life changer and eliminated my need for prescription meds and hormones which did not even work as well. Added bonus is that it's at the fraction of the cost with fewer risks and side effects than the meds my doctor had put me on! THANK YOU for this product.
