Cultivators objective is to care of our hemp plants, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.
- Maintaining and updating standard operating procedures
- Assist in planting, watering, and fertilizing hemp plants
- Monitor plant health and report any issues
- Monitor and maintain pest control
- Maintain a clean and organized growing environment
- Assist in harvesting and processing hemp products
- Comply with all state and federal regulations related to hemp cultivation
- Perform other duties as assigned
High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic knowledge of plant care
Pest control knowledge
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to learn and adapt
Driver's License (Required)

Sales Representative
Work Location: Home based with visits to our farm in Plymouth, WI
Work Hours:Β Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary PLUS commission with the opportunity to earn $100,000+ annually.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Sales Representative to join our team at 3 Tall Pines.
The ideal candidate will identify new prospects, secure client accounts, and provide ongoing sales support, all while achieving weekly and monthly sales goals.
Experience in sales is preferred, but if you're a go-getter willing to learn, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
Prospect Development: Identify and develop new business prospects.
Client Acquisition: Secure new client accounts on a weekly basis.
Sales Support: Provide ongoing support for retail and wholesale sales.
Customer Relations: Engage with customers to understand their evolving needs and assess the quality of our relationship with them.
Sales Goals: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Communication: Make telephone calls and send emails to both prospects and top-performing stores.
CRM Management: Keep track of customer interactions, activities, accounts, and partners in our CRM.
Product Knowledge: Educate both existing and future clients on our range of products.
Training: Ability to train new employees.
Regional Sales Programs: Facilitate the implementation of regional sales programs, product changes, and market shifts.
